Simone Tong, the acclaimed chef behind New York City gems Little Tong and Silver Apricot, debuts Zoé Tong as an expressive celebration of her Chinese heritage and her adopted Texan home. Born and raised in Sichuan and now based in Austin, Simone opens Zoé Tong to reimagine the traditional Chinese dishes that Chef Simone grew up with in China and Singapore. Having cooked and studied across the world, she is bringing a fresh take on both lesser-known and familiar classics while highlighting the best of local Texas producers.
