I recently merged two companies in which I am a partner into Bluedog and converted it to employee ownership via an ESOP. Today, Bluedog is a growth and innovation consultancy. Our team of 40+ creative thinkers and doers works end-to-end with our clients to identify growth opportunities and deliver them to market.

We leverage a network of co-manufacturers and other partners to quickly develop, commercialize and ship high-quality, safe, and legal consumer products. We also use a suite of unique business models to design paths to market that enable clients to launch, test, learn, incubate and scale their new ideas outside of traditional constraints.
In our 25 years in business, our team has identified and helped deliver than $500B in global client revenues, launched 25+ new products per year, and achieved a 93% rehire rate.
