Michael V. Marrale

Michael V. Marrale is a finance and technology executive, serving as the CEO of M Science. He has led one of the largest international, data-driven research organizations, facilitating valuable insights for corporations and financial institutions. Michael joined Investment Technology Group in 2012 as Head of Research, Sales & Trading and was appointed to the executive committee. While at ITG, he led a significant restructuring in the business which resulted in a series of successful transactions. In 2015, Michael played a major role in selling the group’s energy research business, Ross Smith Energy, to Warburg Pincus for more than $120 million. Over six years ago, he led the sale of Majestic Research to Leucadia Investments, a division of Jefferies Financial Group, to create M Science. Prior to ITG, Michael held senior leadership roles at RBC Capital Markets, where he built and led several global equities businesses. More recently, Michael has overseen the rapid growth of M Science. Under Michael’s leadership, M Science has expanded its product suite and data solutions across the U.S., Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
