Alice Young

Alice Young leads global marketing for direct artist signings at Virgin Music Group. She is responsible for developing and breaking artists in key markets across genres, driving marketing innovation and thought leadership for the organization. Prior to Virgin, Alice served as Managing Director of Future Classic, independent record label, management company and publishing company in Sydney. Before Future Classic, Young was a product marketer at Spotify in New York, after starting her career in artist management at mtheory. Since sustaining a vocal injury in her early 20s that thwarted a vocal career, Young has committed herself to helping artists win in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
