Sara Loncka
From teaching middle school US history to C-suite storytelling, Sara has designed and facilitated experiential learning for nearly two decades at every level of learner development. Working across sectors: businesses, educational institutions, government entities, and nonprofits, with companies like Meta, the University of California, Berkeley, the City of Los Angeles, the American Red Cross, and Publicis Groupe, she believes the workplace is the conduit for lifelong learning.
At Experience Institute, her work tackles the key question: How might we create learning experiences that inspire individuals to find meaning and motivation in their work?
In addition to her role at Ei, Sara has served as the director of the Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs, the nation’s premier Fellowship for aspiring public leaders, and is a recipient of the Missouri Community Suicide Prevention Award for her efforts in youth suicide prevention. An actor at heart and by training, she leverages her stage background to create memorable and impactful learning experiences.
