Lauren Apolito

Lauren is a respected driving force and thought leader in the music industry where she is the Executive Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at HFA/Rumblefish (a SESAC Music Group/Blackstone company), serves on the Advisory Board of Women in Music, is a voting member of The Recording Academy, mentors for NYU Steinhardt’s Entrepreneurship in the Music Business class and the GRAMMY®U program, and was honored as a 3x Billboard Digital Power Player. Additionally, she is a frequent music tech start-up judge and event speaker. Prior, Lauren was with Citibank and Nikko, focusing on strategic investments in technology, asset management and digital product incubation. Lauren has launched entrepreneurial ventures, is experienced in the inclusive capital arena, and is a trusted advisor, investor and board member for social impact and diverse-founder companies. She is also on the board of Pet Partners, a national leader in improving health through the human-animal bond.
