Alexander Stegmaier

Alexander Stegmaier is a producer and manager. He produced the Sundance award-winning film Mutt by Vuk Lungulov-Klotz (Strand Releasing/Netflix), executive produced The Queen of My Dreams by Fawzia Mirza (TIFF 2023, SXSW 2024), and co-executive produced Stay Awake by Jamie Sisley (Berlinale 2022). He is an alum of the Sundance Labs, Tribeca Film Institute, and Film Independent. Previously, Stegmaier worked in development at Walt Disney Animation Studios where he helped build unique worlds and characters, expanding some of the company's biggest franchises including FROZEN, MOANA, and ZOOTOPIA. He began his career as an art editor at National Geographic magazine.
