Capella Fahoome
Capella Fahoome is a Detroit native, film producer, podcast host, organizational coach, and consultant committed to the creator's relational experience. She combines the science of happiness with the power of personal narratives to help producers foster a culture of support, inspiration, and empowerment. When a crew feels valued, the production reaps the rewards of increased engagement, improved well-being, and a more robust bottom line. Her strengths include positive leadership, building trust, fostering creativity, stimulating engagement, and sharing best practices for managing and developing Generation Z.
Capella is a teaching faculty member at the University of Michigan and an assistant instructor at the University of Pennsylvania. Capella hosts the leadership podcast When Is Now, which features candid conversations with thought leaders and creators who empower people to empower others. She holds a double master's from the University of Pennsylvania in Organizational Dynamics and Applied Positive Psychology and is pursuing her Doctorate in Community Leadership at the University of Miami.
