Cara is a creative industries leader that spent the last 9 years on the global brand marketing team at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Her most recent position was Director, Brand Content & Creative where she led a diverse team of direct reports, consultants, and agency creative teams. Her responsibilities included supporting all lines of business with creative solutions. She also played a lead role in the creative and content strategy for all global brand campaigns. Cara was also involved in innovating for the brand; she spearheaded the creation of the Four Seasons Film Academy – providing a global, scalable, solution for video storytelling, resulting in award-winning content. Before Four Seasons, Cara held roles in marketing at Holt Renfrew, Harry Rosen, Scale Restaurant Group and SIR Corp. Cara holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University, a post-graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications with Honours from Humber College and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
