Nick Eziefula

Meet Nick, a partner at Simkins, a law firm specialising in entertainment and commercial law. Nick's expertise spans across many sectors, but his passion is in music. He has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, i.e., artists, labels, managers, and DSPs. What sets Nick apart is his background as a recording artist, touring internationally and releasing several albums, giving him a unique perspective on the industry. Nick is a sought-after commentator on industry issues and an active mentor for rising Black executives and is deeply committed to paying forward the mentorship and guidance he received from other prominent Black lawyers in the entertainment space. He is especially passionate about his involvement in Power Up, where he was a participant himself in 2021.
