Hillary Haley
Hillary is SVP/Executive Director of Behavioral Science at RPA. In this role she conducts and curates consumer research, and helps brands develop out insight-led strategies.
Hillary has spent the past 15 years in the ad industry, on both the research side and the strategy side. She has worked on brands like Honda, Apartments.com, Southwest Airlines, Intuit, La-Z Boy, Cedars-Sinai, and Farmers Insurance. During her career she has led numerous projects on brand iconography as well as short-term and long-term ad effectiveness.
Hillary holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology, with emphases in Data Analytics and Political Psych. She has taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels at schools like UCLA, LMU, and ArtCenter, and has published across many academic and industry outlets.
