As a Strategist, Courtney Miller has an anthropologic mind that has taught her to identify and interpret nuances in human behavior and craft them into marketing strategies that challenge the status quo at every touch point.
With more than two decades in the industry, Courtney’s category experience spans the gamut from CPG to digital to healthcare and retail, working on brands like Similac, Barilla, Unilever, and the U.S. Postal Service . Courtney’s role at Edelman has focused on developing go-to-market strategies and building insight-led communications for several of the agency's largest clients including Lilly, General Mills, Sanofi, and Mars.
Courtney’s diverse experience has led her to pioneer agency-wide strategic processes that drive innovative creative ideas earning trust that moves people to act. Most recently, Courtney has strategically led the development and research of our Gen Z lab of over 200 Gen Zs with a data backed insights from our annual Brand Trust IP.
She is an expert story-teller leading client and agency multi-disciplinary brainstorms, workshops and trainings. In addition, she also has published several opinion articles like “How the food sector can win trust in the era of fake news” and “why health and wellness decisions are harder than deciding who to marry” and several media interviews about the influence of Gen Z.
