Lulu Seikaly

Lulu Seikaly is Payscale's Senior Corporate Employment Counsel, a SaaS technology firm focusing on compensation management solutions. Lulu has spent the last 10 years advising and counseling People leaders and executives on proper employment practices. In addition to advising Payscale on employment-related matters, Lulu also focuses on staying current on pay equity and pay transparency legislation and trends globally to help organizations get pay right. Lulu graduated on the Dean’s Honors List with a Juris Doctorate in Law from the South Texas College of Law, Houston. She holds a bachelor’s degree in French and Political Science from Southern Methodist University. Lulu is based in Dallas, Texas.
