Mariana Ferreira
Mariana Ferreira currently oversees marketing partnerships at Magic Leap, a pioneer and industry leader in enterprise augmented reality (AR). In her role, Mariana is responsible for generating commercial momentum for Magic Leap 2 by fostering the company’s strategic relationships with technology partners and customers. She also played an integral role in Magic Leap’s enterprise pivot, leading a six-month initiative in 2020 to recalibrate the company’s sales model for business customers. Additionally, Mariana has helped Magic Leap build successful partnerships with top brands like Audi, BMW, and Mercedes.
With over 15 years of cross-sector expertise in both U.S. and Ibero-Latin American markets, she has driven cross-functional alignment and operational transformation to help global tech and entertainment brands achieve sustainable revenue growth.
Mariana received her bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, as well as an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
