Brenda Chen

Brenda Chen is an award-winning immersive media director and artist who works at the intersection of art, music, tech, and gaming to craft experiences that are vibrant, thought-provoking, and fun.

She directed Justin Bieber’s VMA-nominated virtual concert as well as shows for John Legend and Jauz at Wave XR. She’s also created and performed real time visuals for The Weeknd, Alison Wonderland, Dillon Francis, and more.

Her work transcends mediums. Outside of virtual concerts she’s directed and built VR and AR games, virtual avatars, mixed reality experiences, projection mapping installations, interactive sculptures, and VJ content in collaboration with brands like Nike, Oculus, The Getty, Hard Summer, Verizon, etc.
