Charina Chou

Charina Chou is the Chief Operating Officer at Google Quantum AI, overseeing technical operations, business strategy, and public engagement. She previously led public policy and communications for emerging technologies at Google, and served as a White House Fellow in the US Office of Science and Technology Policy. Charina holds a BS in Chemistry from Stanford University and a PhD in Physical Chemistry from UC Berkeley.
