Frank R. Uible III

Frank is the Co-Founder and Brand Curator of Clementine’s Ice Cream. Clementine's is known for its bold and innovative flavors; their award-winning small batch ice creams are consistently rated among the best across the country, featured by CBS This Morning, Food & Wine, Eater, Good Morning America, The O List for “Sexiest Ice Cream Alive,” etc. A serial entrepreneur, Frank has long been interested in spatial relationships and human behavior in commercial contexts. He honed those skills as a Pre-Architecture/Studio Art major at Williams College. His immersive retail experience continued with his first business, a men’s clothing boutique, where he received acclaim with editorial credits in GQ, Esquire, Details, British GQ, and L’Uomo Vogue. As Co-founder and Creator, he took deep dish pizza to the next level with Pi Pizzeria, where he and his partners were the first to feed the Obama family in the White House. The President subsequently called it “the best pizza ever,” and the chainlet grew to 5 shops in St. Louis as well as shops across the country.
