Katherine Allen

Katherine is the Co-Founder, CEO at Flo Recruit. Flo Recruit serves 200+ law firms and law schools, enabling them to hire the best faster. Katherine attended UT Austin on a full-ride through the Forty Acres Scholarship. She graduated with a degree in Plan II Honors. Katherine also studied Mechanical Engineering but chose to forego the last class to instead enroll in Y Combinator.

To date, Flo Recruit has raised $7M+ from great investors like Moneta, LiveOak, Y Combinator, and Teamworthy Ventures among others. Outside of work, she is proud that her beer league soccer team has won the Austin Sports and Social championship 4 seasons in a row.
