Russ Tannen

As a founding employee at DICE in 2014, Russ led the music team before becoming Managing Director in 2018, signing major venue deals with UK institutions, Troxy, Scala and The Underworld. Russ was then promoted to Chief Revenue Officer in 2019 and within the space of a year, Russ oversaw DICE's global expansion and led the growth of DICE's revenue streams, all while securing major international partnerships, including Primavera Sound.

In 2021, Russ was promoted to President and relocated to New York to set up DICE's second HQ. Since arriving, Russ has signed some of the best independent venues and promoters across the U.S., including Avant Gardner, Elsewhere, Teksupport, and Newport Folk and Jazz Festivals. In 2023, Russ was recognized in Billboard’s 40 Under 40.
