Andrew Rothgaber
Andrew Rothgaber is Director of Public Sector Business Development at ICON, the construction technologies company based in Austin, TX. In this role, he works on off-world construction with NASA and advanced R&D projects with the Department of Defense and other government entities. Prior to ICON he was on the business development team at Zipline, the $4B autonomous drone startup known for delivering blood and medicine to remote areas. He previously co-founded a startup based in Washington, DC that used US Government funding to create software platforms addressing various foreign policy challenges, a company The Federalist called “shadowy.” He has an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University SAIS and a BA from Seattle Pacific University.
