Julie Bedard

Julie Bedard is a Managing Director & Partner at the Boston Consulting Group where she is a leader globally in talent topics, including talent and organizational strategy and the impact of GenAI on employee skills and the employee experience. She has led the people side of several large transformations with Fortune 500 companies. Her work is focused on how we organize work, what skills we need to be successful, and our experience at work, e.g., new organizational models, digitally enhanced employee journeys, human + AI work rhythms and skills, and enhanced employee experiences. Prior to joining BCG, Julie worked at a start-up recruiting firm, gaining a foundation on how to attract talent, and was an economic consultant and studied economics, learning why we make the decisions we make.

Julie graduated from Duke University with a BS in Economics and from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management with a MBA. She lives outside Boston with her family and when not talking about talent, can be found near the beach.
