Nathan Jones
Nathan Jones is an emotion researcher, TEDx speaker, and the director of the Mood Institute. Before stepping into his current role, Nathan was one of Australia’s leading voiceover artists. He shaped the brand identities of major television networks like Nickelodeon, MTV, Network 10, as well as the national Nova, KIIS, and Hit radio networks.
Holding a PhD in Experimental Psychology from the University of Adelaide, Nathan now applies his insights into emotional intelligence through one-on-one coaching, group training, and keynote speaking. He has taken the stage at global events such as the World Happiness Summit and the World Congress on Positive Psychology, offering practical strategies for enhancing mental wellbeing in the workplace and beyond.
Nathan's contributions to the field have been recognised in major publications including the Sydney Morning Herald, The Daily Telegraph, Sky News Breakfast, ABC Radio, and The Age. His innovative approach also earned him the 2019 Australian eChallenge Social Entrepreneurship Award and 1st prize in the 2022 Visualise Your Thesis competition.
