Joshua Weaver is a coach, attorney, and technologist, currently serving as the director of the Texas Opportunity & Justice Incubator (TOJI). At TOJI, Joshua leverages his background in law and technology to help attorneys build sustainable practices for underserved communities. As a legal innovator, Joshua is dedicated to improving the practice of law by helping attorneys leverage innovative tools and strategies.

Joshua is a nationally recognized and sought-after speaker on topics related to Emergent Technology, Access to Justice, Cybersecurity, Litigation, and Legal Innovation.

Joshua serves as a liaison for the State Bar of Texas on the Taskforce for Responsible AI in Law (TRAIL), commissioned by State Bar President Cindy Tisdale in 2023. He also leads the National Incubator & Non-Profit Law Firm mastermind group, advising on AI adoption and integration, and serves as a technology advisor for the Above the Line Network, sponsored by the Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System (IAALS) and Chicago Justice Entrepreneurs Project (JEP) collaboration. Joshua has recently been featured as a “Best of the ABA” speaker by the American Bar Association (ABA) for his contributions as a speaker to ABA TECHSHOW.

Joshua is a double Baylor Bear ‘09 (BA) and ‘15 (JD). During his free time, he enjoys power lifting, cooking gourmet food, and spending time outdoors with his Great Dane, Amaya.
