Adam Webb

Adam Webb is the President of Advocates for All Arkansas Libraries and the Executive Director of the Garland County Library in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Webb holds a Master's Degree in Library and Information Sciences from the University of North Texas and is a Certified Public Library Administrator. He has worked in public libraries for the last 17 years and has loved every minute of it. He has been at the forefront of library advocacy in the State of Arkansas and is a champion for free speech and First Amendment rights.
