As a chef, culinary medicine expert (having written The textbook in Culinary Medicine, which for the first time created culinary competencies for nutrition recommendations), and value based medicine expert, she is able to assist companies and organizations in creating solutions in the Food is Medicine and Culinary Medicine space that directly meets their client's unmet needs - food products, programmatic design, outreach solutions, assessment of unmet needs, teaching kitchen design and more.
