Andreina Dyer
As a natural-born researcher, Andreina’s career path started with a passion for exploring the unknown. Armed with a degree in Medical Science and Research Methods, she delved into Neuroscience Research, fascinated by the intricacies of the brain and the ways we process information. Throughout her post-grad studies, she honed her skills in various research methodologies, always seeking to expand her understanding of mental models and data profiles.
Her journey led her to her current role as UX Research Lead at IBM, where she focuses on the importance of understanding users' needs, frustrations, and goals to improve functionality, automation, and modernization of the Mainframe.
Driven by her commitment to giving back to the community, she became a Design Community organizer at UX in ATX along with Cindy Brummer
