Jenn McCarron is a podcaster, musician, producer, and business leader who focuses on the intersection of growth, artistry, and creativity.

As the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC)’s Board President, Jenn sets strategy and vision while hosting the organization’s legal ops and tech podcast, “CLOC Talk.” Her wide-ranging conversations cover technical aspects but strongly lean toward answering the thorny, philosophical questions in the field. Jenn hosts with a balance of edge and heart, adding voice, personality, and a deeply human quality to legal tech.

Jenn is the Director of Legal Operations and Technology at Netflix, where she leads strategic financial management, technology and innovation, operations, and knowledge management for Netflix’s global legal function. Her creativity-first approach has enabled her to build teams from the ground up that revolutionize major organizations and the industry at large.

As ØNES, Jenn is the producer and multi-instrumentalist behind the music, turning out thrumming beats with thrashing guitars and sharp vocals. ØNES is the natural progression of Jenn’s years as a touring musician and allows her to explore high-concept, high-production songs with abandon.

McCarron lives in Los Angeles and New York City with her wife, the writer Emily Stone.
