Robin Maril
Professor Robin Maril is an Assistant Professor of Law at Willamette University teaching Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Health Law. Prior to entering teaching, Professor Maril served as the associate legal director at the Human Rights Campaign. Professor Maril's work at HRC focused on federal laws and policies impacting LGBTQ people, including the administrative preparation and implementation of U.S. v. Windsor and Obergefell v. Hodges with the Obama White House. Her current scholarship explores the intersection of constitutional law and administrative law with a focus on nondiscrimination, religious freedom and LGBTQ equality.
