Suzy Shinn

Suzy Shinn is a music producer & songwriter based out of Los Angeles, CA. After leaving her hometown of Wichita, KS in 2009, Suzy attended Berklee College of Music for two years until dropping out to intern at a recording studio in LA. She quickly found a path to producing & writing via engineering (Diplo, SOPHIE, Katy Perry). In 2011, Suzy signed her publishing to Mighty Seven SONGS Publishing, which was later purchased by Kobalt. She met producer Jake Sinclair and became his right hand, functioning as engineer & additional producer on artists such as Fall Out Boy, Panic! At the Disco, & 5 Seconds of Summer. In 2018, Suzy branched out on her own to produce the album Van Weezer by Weezer.

Suzy has received several GRAMMY nominations as well as ARIA nominations & awards and several RIAA certifications. Her recent work as producer, vocal producer, and/or co-writer includes Alicia Keys, Weezer, Panic! At the Disco, Fall Out Boy, Tom Morello, Andrew McMahon, Bethany Cosentino (of Best Coast), Love Fame Tragedy (of The Wombats), Cherry Glazerr, Iration, Ekkstacy, Jai Wolf, BANKS, FIDLAR, and Ghost.
