She is relentlessly focused on understanding people’s needs, wants and motivations to guide consumer-centric strategy. Through a mix of research, insights and cultural trends, she understands what drives consumer values and decision-making. Fotoulla is currently the EVP, Head of Brand and Advertising Strategy at NRG, an insights and strategy research firm, and has previously led research and insights at organizations including Hearst Magazines and Rodale, Inc.
