As live music returned in 2021, Sam and his marketing team got back to work launching tours for 200+ clients, including electronic superstars Zedd, Jamie xx and Flume; new hip-hop giants Jack Harlow and $UICIDEBOY$; emerging pop stars Rex Orange County, 100 gecs and Omar Apollo; indie stalwarts Beach House, Death Cab For Cutie and Fleet Foxes; and the farewell tour from retiring Americana legend Robert Earl Keen. Marketing tours in the post-pandemic era has compounded all the challenges and intricacies that have always accompanied the job with navigating a new world of ticket buyer behaviors and new & evolving platforms -- all while rebuilding his marketing team following the launch of Wasserman Music in April of 2021.
