Bradley Schurman
Bradley Schurman is the Founder and CEO of Human Change (formerly The Super Age), working with leaders to anticipate and solve the challenges of demographic change, including population aging, migration, and depopulation. He is also the author of “The Super Age: Decoding our Demographic Destiny,” published by HarperCollins, which examines how population shifts drive social and economic change worldwide in areas like labor markets, social welfare, and design.
Bradley was co-founder and managing partner of EconomyFour, where he led a business development company in Asia and Europe. He was also the Director of Global Partnerships and Engagements at AARP. Schurman was instrumental in securing the topics of aging and longevity as focus areas at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and World Economic Forum (WEF). He was also responsible for visioning and executing the Aging Readiness and Competitiveness Report – a groundbreaking collaborative research project between AARP and Foreign Policy Group. He speaks regularly at thought leader forums and advises national governments and major businesses on their demographic and longevity strategies.
