Mallory Carroll

Mallory is a Mixed-Methods Researcher & Product Inclusion Lead. Her background is in Sociology, Anthropology, and Psychology and she has years of industry experience In Market Research, Consulting, and UX leading primary research and translating insights into transformational products for some of the world's biggest brands. Mallory currently leads Product Inclusion and Equity Strategy and UXR for Wear OS at Google. Her work is focused on wearable technology at the intersection of culture, identity, health and safety. She is passionate about inclusion and building technology to challenge the status quo by promoting equity in corporate tech.
