Brittany Brown

Brittany Brown is the digital communications lead at NASA headquarters in Washington, D.C. where she is responsible for setting the strategy to deliver best-in-class tactics that drive audience engagement across NASA’s digital ecosystem, including television programming, video, photography, email, web, podcasts, social media and mobile platforms. In this role, Brittany has directed, managed, and contributed to projects that have earned Emmy, Telly, Webby, and Davey awards. She has nearly two decades of experience in communications, including time spent developing social media strategy for the U.S. Army and National Public Radio. Based on her passion for teaching others about social media, she developed a social media management certificate program at Georgetown University, where she is an adjunct instructor.
