The immigration debate has one key assumption: People, all over the world are seeking opportunities in America, home of better jobs and higher wages. Thanks to remote work, rapidly growing numbers of highly skilled tech workers in Latin America can collaborate on teams leading from US-based companies without ever leaving their communities, not only creating better and more diverse tech offerings but also empowering a host of LATAM countries, boosting their local economies and native tech industries. This panel of entrepreneurs will discuss e-Migration and its implications on the region.
