We’re all suffering from burnout, and we're not going to be able to ‘deep breath’ our way out of it. This panel will explore the often ignored but no less impactful intersectional factors that lead to workplace burnout. From race, to gender, to sexual identity to disability status, a multitude of factors contribute to how we approach work and how the workforce engages with us. This panel will provide an intimate and in depth conversation on how inclusive work cultures can help combat employee burnout.
