Negate Hate: LGBTQ Brand Advocacy in a Time of Anti-Wokeness
In the wake of anti-trans backlash and boycotts of brands like Bud Light and Target, we've seen organizations roll back LGBTQ support in fear of reputational damage and financial impact. This panel will be a dialogue between queer scholars, researchers, practitioners and social media influencers, to discuss the socio-political landscape of contemporary brand engagement in societal issues pertaining to a range of LGBTQ questions.
