Born out of a mutual love of both twee-tinged UK jangle pop circa 90's and each other's friendship, Trinket is a new Brooklyn based band carving out a fresh space for an expanded, more distorted version of this sound. The band's name hints at their sound; something warm, sentimental, and nostalgic. Core band members Madison Kate, Nara, and Basil as well as co-writer Sean have done a lot in the band's first year, including record an EP which is set to release February 29th on UK based tastemaker label Sad Club Records. Trinket exists with both feet firmly planted in the space between tenderness and rage.
