Minimal Schlager stand at the crossroads between Italo disco, the darker corners of new wave and forgotten sounds from the dive clubs of Berlin. Following on from their debut Love, Sex and Dreams and described by UNCUT as a “classy synthpop melodrama” - the band went on a European tour performing 30 dates across 8 countries and supporting the likes of The KVB, Ploho, Torres and Jaakko Eino Kalevi.
In 2023, the band produced Dance is a Place of Resiliance - a compilation collecting newly released reworks, remixes, demos and covers - a sweet spot somewhere between desire and the dancefloor.
