PHILMON LEE
Every so often, a new voice of a generation emerges. That next voice might just be Philmon Lee from LaGrange, GA. In that small blue-collar town just south of Atlanta where factories dominant the landscape, Philmon is known for his phenomenal voice and soulful sound. His musician father exposed Philmon to music at an early age learning piano, guitar and drums. Of his father’s influence he says, "I toured a little with him and that's when I knew I wanted to be a singer." Philmon’s dedication to his craft has him constantly challenging himself to be better, an influence carried over from his blue-collar hardworking roots. His favorite quote is, "If God will put you through it, he will take you through it."
Discovering Elvis Presley, his musical icon, took music to another level for Philmon. But his inspiration spans generations including contemporary stars Post Malone, Lewis Capaldi and Sam Smith, to legends Elton John & Steven Tyler. Phil's creativity is based on his life experiences. "Music is frequencies and it changes moods; makes you feel good, bad and even makes you feel loved sometimes."
