Jamila Wignot

Jamila Wignot is a Brooklyn-based filmmaker. Her work includes AILEY (Sundance '21) and the Peabody, Emmy, and NAACP award-winning series THE AFRICAN AMERICANS: MANY RIVERS TO CROSS. Wignot’s producing credits include RIOTSVILLE, USA (Sundance '22) and the narrative A STRAY (SXSW ’16).
