Thomas Grace

Thomas Grace, MD, is the director and a physician at the Blanchard Valley Diabetes Center in Findlay, Ohio. He completed a residency in Family Medicine at Beaumont Hospital in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. Dr. Grace is board certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. He was diagnosed at the age of 3 with Type 1 Diabetes. He sees the value of education and technology in his clinic and uses them to treat people with diabetes. His wife is a pediatric hospitalist and they have three wonderful children.
