Emily Hampshire
Montreal native and SAG Award Winner Emily Hampshire is best known for her role as “Stevie Budd” in the hit series Schitt’s Creek opposite Eugene Levy and Catherine O’Hara. Hampshire has won six consecutive Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy awards at the Canadian Screen Awards and has won a SAG Award for her role on Schitt’s Creek.
Hampshire can currently be seen starring as the female lead in the highly acclaimed series The Rig; a six-part thriller directed by Line of Duty and Bodyguard director John Strickland. The series premiered on Amazon in January.
Emily Hampshire stars in two films premiering at SXSW this year; horror-comedy film Appendage, and coming of age “traumedy” Bloody Hell. She can also be seen in Self Reliance and Slip, premiering at SXSW this year.
