Denise Graeber

Denise Graeber is a Senior Vice President of Product Management at Signify Health, responsible for the clinical value created by over 2 million annual In-home Health Evaluations, including clinical documentation, provider applications, care coordination, diagnostics and laboratory tests.

Denise joined Signify in 2022 having been the Managing Director of Product for a digital health start-up focused on consumer empowerment of personal health and health data. Prior to that she spent almost a decade at Elsevier Clinical Solutions in product leadership, strategy, and marketing. Much of her career has been centered around innovation, including co-authoring four U.S. patents, and launching new products, including a new service offering for Kimberly-Clark Healthcare in Australia.

Denise holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Loyola University in Maryland where she was a Division I soccer player. She currently lives in Philadelphia where she cheers on the Eagles with her husband and two daughters.
