Sam Chapman
Sam Chapman is the Executive Director for the Healing Advocacy Fund, a 501c3 non-profit organization, Healing Advocacy Fund works to implement safe, high quality, and equitable psychedelic therapy. The organization educates and supports leaders and communities in understanding the benefits of psychedelic therapy for mental health challenges including depression, anxiety and addiction. He has over a decade of experience in advocating for drug policy reforms at the local, state and national level, including championing psilocybin therapy as the campaign manager for Oregon’s Measure 109, which created the nation’s first state-regulated psilocybin therapy program.
