Dr. Susan Rene Leopold

Susan Leopold, PhD, is an ethnobotanist & passionate defender of biodiversity. Over the past 20 years, Susan has worked extensively with indigenous peoples and serves on the Board of impactful nonprofits. In addition to her service for United Plant Savers, Susan serves on the Board of Directors for Botanical Dimensions, the Center for Sustainable Economy, AHPA Herb Research Foundation, Carbon Market Exchange. She is a proud member of the Patawomeck Indian Tribe of Virginia.
