Rob Reich
Rob Reich is executive vice president, chief administrative officer at Schneider, a premier provider of transportation, logistics and intermodal services. In this role, Reich leads a wide array of enterprise shared service functions including Equipment Purchasing and Maintenance, Associate Relations, Learning and Development, Corporate and Driver Recruiting, Safety, Facilities and Equipment Leasing (SFI Trucks and Financing). Reich began his professional career with Schneider in 1992. He has held a variety of senior leadership positions during his tenure across the Maintenance, Human Resources, Driver Development, Driver Training and Safety areas.
Prior to assuming his current role, Reich was the senior vice president of equipment, maintenance, and driver development. Before joining Schneider, Reich served as an officer in the U.S. Army and was a member of the 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood, Texas.
Reich holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He has served on the board of directors of the North American Council for Freight Efficiency since 2014 and has been the board chair since 2017.
