Dax Shepard is the host of "Armchair Expert," the popular podcast in which he talks with some of the most iconic creative personalities around the world in an unfiltered, long-form format.

As an actor, Shepard starred as Crosby Braverman in the long-running NBC drama “Parenthood" and has appeared in many films including WITHOUT A PADDLE, IDIOCRACY, EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH, BABY MAMA, THE JUDGE, and THIS IS WHERE I LEAVE YOU. Other notable TV credits include Netflix's "The Ranch"; the ABC sitcom “Bless This Mess” with Lake Bell; and as one of the hosts of the Discovery+ show "Top Gear America." Shepard also wrote, directed and starred in three feature films: CHIPS, HIT AND RUN and BROTHER'S JUSTICE.

Hailing from Detroit, Shepard attended the University of California Los Angeles, where he trained at The Groundlings Theater for improv and sketch comedy. He landed his first TV role on “Punk’d” in 2003.

Shepard is also a co-founder of "Hello Bello" which markets all-natural, premium and affordable baby care products.
