Kaitlin Maud

Kaitlin Maud is a researcher and strategist for some of the most recognizable brands in the world. Her consumer and cultural insights work has helped teams at Google, Taco Bell, and Keds solve complex problems and navigate change.

A lifelong music junkie, Kaitlin started her career at the legendary rock radio station WBCN in Boston, MA. Years later she went on to help launch the Beats Music streaming service for Beats by Dre and re-positioned the Viper Room in Los Angeles for the next generation of music lovers.

In addition to her consulting work, Kaitlin is also a 3x TEDx speaker and is a graduate student in the Expressive Therapies division at Lesley University. While she is an Austin-local and frequent attendee, this will be her first time taking the stage at SXSW Music.
