Jeff Louisma

Jeff Louisma is a cybersecurity leader focused on business outcomes at the intersection of technology, media, and culture. He joined TikTok after nearly two decades in consulting and industry, where he led data protection programs, security monitoring, and a host of other security functions for private and public sector clients, including the U.S. government and state agencies. As TikTok U.S. Data Security's Head of Cyber and Data Defense, Jeff is responsible for deploying security tools and finding gaps as part of an initiative called Project Texas.
